FAQ
+ HOW DO I BOOK?
To book a class follow this link, you will need to purchase a membership or class pass. We have over 30 classes a week so there will be one that suits your schedule
+ WHICH CLASS IS RIGHT FOR ME?
All of our classes are suitable for everyone. Our dedicated instructors will adapt exercises where needed and we encourage everyone to work at their own. Do what feels good for you! We do offer specialist classes for post natal clients and super seniors 65+
+ IS THERE PARKING NEARBY?
There is plenty of street parking outside the studio, this is the best for our early morning and evening classes. During the day you may find it easier to use the ASDA carpark and walk through the alley. Please note ASDA has a 3 hour limit on parking
+ WHAT DO I NEED TO DO IF I HAVE TO CANCEL A CLASS?
If you are unable to make a class then please cancel as a courtesy to others. Cancellations made 12 hours or more before the class will be credited back to your account. Cancellations made after this time or no shows will result in you losing the credit
+ CAN I COME TO CLASSES IF I AM PREGNANT?
Congratulations! Pilates is a great way to stay active during your pregnancy. We would always recommend speaking to your doctor before starting a new exercise routine
From 0-16 weeks into your pregnancy, you may continue with your usual Pilates classes if you are experiencing a healthy pregnancy. From 16 weeks onwards we start to make some modifications to your Pilates practice.
And post pregnancy once you feel comfortable coming back to class and have had clearance from a medical professional we would love to welcome you to one of our sculpt and snuggle classes where mums can bring their little one along to class
+ CAN MEN COME TO CLASSES?
Yes! everyone is welcome to our classes
+HOW EARLY SHOULD I ARRIVE?
We recommend arriving no more than 10 minutes before your class, we have a waiting area at the front of the studio if you arrive earlier than this. Your instructor will be happy to answer any questions and welcome you to the studio
+WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING TO CLASS?
Please wear whatever you are comfortable in and allows you to move freely
Grip socks must be worn in all classes, you can purchase these at the studio from £10 or are welcome to bring your own
We recommend bringing a sealed water bottle but sell a range of refreshments for during and after class
If you are attending a mat or hot class then we recommend bringing along a grip towel (we do have these for sale but a large thin towel will do)
